Monograms Fine Papers accept orders via telephone, facsimile, post or email. For your convenience we provide the following order form which you can print and fax back to us.

If you prefer, you can e-mail us via the contact us page and list the items and quantities you would like to purchase and your delivery address. We will then e-mail you back with the total cost including postage, and then you can telephone with your credit card number.

If you require your items urgently, please let us know.

Timing

In stock items usually ship within 48 hours from receipt of payment. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and let you know when the item is expected back in stock.

Shipping Details

We generally ship all goods via Australia Post. We recommend express post for its speed and reliability, however, we will always send goods using standard post unless otherwise instructed.

We take great care in packaging to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition. We cannot be held liable for damange caused by third parties. If you wish to use Express Post or registered mail please request this when you order.

As costs vary greatly depending on the size and weight of your order, all delivery fee's and charges are advised prior to shipping on a per order basis.

Pricing

All prices shown are in Australian dollars and are subject to change. We will confirm pricing prior to shipping your order. International orders will be processed GST free.

Dye Lots & Colours

Please note that the colours represented on our website may vary due to variations in the paper dye lots but also due to variations in the way different monitors replicate colour online and the lighting used when the photographs were taken. whilst every effort is made, we cannot guarantee that colours will be uniform between different batches and orders placed. If colour matching is important please chat to us about this before placing your order as colour variations can be more or less noticeable depending on the product.

Returns Policy

As you can understand it is very difficult to maintain the original quality of papers once they have been handled. Therefore we can only accept returns if we have made an error fulfilling your order.
